It is our residence of vacations and weekend. It is a very wide apartment, with great extension of green spaces and swimming pool. The apartment has own garden and court. The apartment is in an urbanization to 500m of a fantastic beach and to 100 m of the Golf Club, that has a field of 18 holes and other one of 9.The apartment has all the comforts necessary for a stay without problems, since we use it frequently.It is an apartment of about 65 m2 on the ground of a three storey building.It has two bedrooms,a sitting room,a kitchen and a utility room,patio,two full bathrooms and a garden of about 35 m2.It is a very sunny apartment overlooking the Golf Club,southwest orientation.The kitchen is fully equipped:washing machine,dishwasher,microwave,glass ceramic hob,freezer,...The house is also equipped with central air conditioning,parking place and lumber room.

We have bicycles so as to travel around as well as beach toys and sports equipment.

There is a large garden and a great swimming pool in the area.

The housing development is located in a resort called Costa Ballena,designed around a huge golf course and a beautiful beach.
We are in Cádiz,the so called Coast of Light (Costa de la luz).There are fabulous beaches all along the coast as well as cities full of tourist and gastronomic attractions: seafood,fried fish( pescaíto frito),wine cellars in Jerez...

The nearest airport is the one in Jerez de la Frontera,30 km away.Seville is 1 hour and a half by car,Cádiz 45 minutes and you can also go by train from the city of El Puerto de Santamaría.


There are all the necessary things around:city centres,supermarkets,restaurants...There are several hospitals within a radius of 50 km and huge city centres very near Costa Ballena:Jerez de la Frontera,Sanlúcar de Barrameda and El Puerto de Santamaría.

You can practice water sports such as sailing in the Sailing School and canoing.
