Traditional, colonial home with updated amenities including modern kitchen and baths. Livable layout with eat-in-kitchen, separate dining room, lots of light. Two bedrooms one with queen sized bed and one with double. Additional pull out queen size sofa in Library and private apartment on lower level with queen size sleep sofa and separate bath. Beautiful brick terrace with outdoor grill and seating area.

Lovely residential area with close proximity to Washington, D.C. Urban feel in a suburban location with local Arlington restaurants, shopping, theatre, night life, and one mile walk to metro station. House located across the street from a lovely park. Four miles from White House, one mile from Pentagon, ten miles to Mount Vernon. Convenient to all D.C. attractions, bike and hiking trails, Georgetown, and Old Town Alexandria. Also convenient to Reagan National Airport.
