Close to Beach and Bondi Road shops, this apartment has 2 bedrooms, bedroom/study and single bed in the kitchen/dining area. It is approximately 5k (3.5 miles) to the city center. Public transport (bus) is plentiful and regular.

We can accommodate up to 6 people. 1 bedroom with queen bed (78" x 59", 200cm x 150cm), 1 bedroom with double bed (75" x 55", 190cm x 140cm), 1 bedroom with single bed, kitchen/breakfast room with single bed option.

Walk across the road to 333 express bus or 380 bus to the city past Hyde Park and terminating at the Opera House. The full trip takes about 30-40 minutes (non-peak hour traffic)

10 minutes walk or 5 minutes bus to Bondi Beach. Easy walk to Tamarama or Bronte Beaches. We are approx 500 meters from the eastern suburbs coastal walk.

There is a pub next door (not noisy), Thai, Tapas, Pizza, Vegetarian, Indian and other restaurants within 300 metres as well as a chocolate shop and health food store. Mini-marts across the street and a small supermarket within 400m

Half hour taxi ride from Sydney Airport. Buses from the city are regular. You can also catch the train to Bondi Junction and bus down Bondi Road. Aerobus can take more people than a taxi and have baby seats etc. (phone number hidden)

At Bondi Beach the surf can range from very large waves to calm and quiet, one day to the next. Specific areas are marked for board riders, body surfing and swimming. If the surf gets too large for your enjoyment, there are two rock pools at either end of the beach. The beach has lifeguards all year round

At Bondi, you can find some great restaurants, plenty of eateries, pubs and clubs. The dress is usually casual with t-shirts, sandals and shorts quite acceptable in most of the dining places. Many have views of the beach/ocean.

Along the coastal walk starting at the south end of Bondi Beach, you can visit Tamarama, with a great little café. Bronte Beach, further along the track, has a number of cafés and a beachside pool. Next is Clovelly, a sheltered beach popular with families while Gordons Bay is great for snorkelling and scuba diving.

The walk ends at Coogee Beach (although you can plow on all the way to Maroubra Beach if you wish)

You can also walk from the north end of Bondi Beach to South Head, past dramatic scenes of the ocean from the high escarpments. You also get great views of Sydney Harbour along the way.
