Our Home
Beautiful 4 bedroom architect designed home with sweeping beach & ocean views. It is nestled above the famous Tamarama beach, on a quiet street, but walking distance to Bronte Beach or Bondi Beach cafes and nightlife. The house is 8km to Sydney City with historic Paddington and Oxford Street shopping in between.
Our home has king and queen beds, 2 * king single beds and queen sofa bed. Plunge pool. 3 luxury bathrooms, indoor / outdoor living. Airconditioned (although evening sea breeze is delightful in summer). King bed on 3rd floor parents retreat with juliett balcony, bathroom and views, views, views.
The property is 30 mins from Sydney city, 5 mins walk to the beach. We have a country property in Hunter Valley also available.
Our Neighborhood
Tamarama beach is nestled between Bondi and Bronte Beaches, on the coast walk from Bondi to Coogee beach. Tamarama beach itself is famous in Sydney for being small, intimate and the place to be seen. Our neighbourhood is quiet, with family friendly Bronte Beach a short walk down the hill and the glitz and glamour of Bondi a 15 minute walk away. These city beaches have immaculate white sand, clean water and are known for great surf (you can watch the surfers at Tamarama from the house). For children, Bronte has a sheltered ocean swimming pool and good playground.
Great coffee and fresh Iggys's sourgdough bread are walking distance, as are Bronte Cafes. Fine dining in historic Paddington and Woollahra, are a short cab ride away with galleries and boutique shopping. Sydney Opera House and theatres are also nearby.

Our Destinations
We are looking to go skiing in January 2014 in US or Europe i.e. our summer (US Winter). Or we would like to go to Europe in June or July (our winter). We have a country property we can stay in, so may not have to be simultaneous exchange.
On destination and dates - we are a bit flexible, we want to visit Vietnam, go to India, anywhere in Europe or the US, we like skiing, beaches, Tour de France and historic villages.

About Us
We are a family of 4, with 2 girls age 8 and 10. We have a cat, a dog and goldfish in the pond, however only the goldfish and possibly the outdoor fat cat will be there to meet you. We work in the city, and enjoy the beach lifestyle.
