Cosy flat, rooms with high and floor out of wood, with a balcony.
It's 40 square meters big, with a bedroom (bed 120 x 200 cm), a livingroom (a second matress, 100 x 200 cm), a little kitchen and a bathroom.
You can also find a washing machine and a radio. And you can use my phone for incoming calls and the internet (wireless), if wanted.

Our Neighborhood
My home is in the heart of Berlin´s popular suburb 'Prenzlauer berg',
A lot of shops, vintage, second hand, wineshops, orcanic markets, wellness, bars and cafes are just three minutes away.
Kollwitzplatz, only 5 minutes away, offers many possibilities for children with a big play ground (surrounded by cafes and restaurants french and italian).
Public transport is also very close. Only 3 minutes away from the famous U2, and tram - conection straight to Berlin center (only 3 stops). There you can see historical buildings such as Brandenburg gate, Museumsinsel, Friedrichstrasse, with lots of shops, clubs, museums and galleries.
You can also use two bikes to explore Berlin.
