Wrap around 90 sq m terrace in the heart of Trastevere, full of plants all year round tulips in winter sunflowers in summer. Quiet in spite of the location - Trastevere is the in neighborhood in Rome, where the action is. A master bedroom with a bathroom en suite, a studio with a fold out double bed, a living room with a convertible double bed. All the rooms have doors to the terrace. Two bathrooms. Third story walk up (good exercise keeps you fit). Lots of books to read and paintings to look at and music to listen to if it rains. Bohemian but organized. No smokers, no pets. Children maybe but strictly brought up and no toddlers¡¡ You will hear chimes of churches, and experience the whole Roman dolce vita. Plant care would be appreciated.
Our Neighborhood
Trastevere is one of the "in" neighborhoods in Rome, a social mix between long time Italian residents and foreigners who fell in love with Italy and never left. Choice of delis, small supermarkets, pizzerias, cafes, r cheap and expensive restaurants. Movie theaters galore, a few of them even show films in English. Within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions (Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Vatican). Trendy clothes shops. View of at least four domes. Very quiet neighbors.
