Our Home
Modern, updated townhome just 10 minutes from the Space Needle in the beautiful neighborhood of Greenlake. The lake has a 3 mile walking/ biking path around it, with boat rentals, swimming and a public gym available. We are located minutes from the Northgate Mall, with over a dozen restaurants--and not just chains restaurants. We're close to everything and it's quiet at night. We're just one block from a bus stop, thus getting around town without a car is really easy. We're 15 minutes from the beach and 20/30 minutes from hiking in the mountains. There's a nearby bike trail (Burke-Gilman trail) that goes around the city (26 miles) and bike rentals to boot. There are several nearby parks within 10 minutes (Discovery, Cowan, Carkeek, Volunteer, Gas Works), all that have trails and fun things to do.
Our Neighborhood
We are 15 minutes to the beach, 30 minutes to hiking in the mountains and 10 minutes to a number of lakes and parks in the area. There's a duck pond/ duck refuge around the block (Pilling's Pond), restaurants, coffee shops and a movie theater within walking distance. We have a BBQ and a backyard for evening meals and cocktails.

About Us
We are a married couple who have careers in education. We're in our late 30's, and we've lived in a number of places including New York, Los Angeles, Denver, Seattle, as well as overseas in Costa Rica and Germany. Our favorite spots are mountain locations, as we're outdoorsy people. We're thoughtful, conscientious and clean, and we love giving back to the community. Our hobbies include: hiking, kayaking, spelunking, going to the theater to see plays, jazz singing, dancing and going to museums.
