Lovely house in LA FLORESTA (City of Sant Cugat, VERY close to Barcelona) with great views in the middle of the Collserola forest. Very green, lots of trees and birds. Only 10km from Barcelona and very good train connections (only 19 minutes by train with air condition to Barcelona but in a calm surrounding. The house is 10 minutes walk to the station. The trains usually are leaving every ten minutes and will bring you directly to the city centre of Barcelona (Plaza Catalunya, Ramblas). Many terraces. Kids welcome - a lot of toys.... Animals also, but outside on the terraces only. Smoking on the terraces (outside only) please.

The house is full equiped: Swimming Pool, Microwaves, washing machine etc, WII and DVD for the kids, flat screen 42" & satellite (Astra - German, English, Spanish, whatever)... WIFI or just use our laptop for surfing the web / checking your emails.
In winter: fire place

As we run a bicycle shop in Barcelona (www.trixi.com) and do also daily guided bike tours in English language: We can offer special rates for you.

It's a great place for familys with kids. The public swimming pool is very close to our house (15 min walk or 2 by car) , you are very close to the city of Barcelona - visiting Sagrada Familia and whatever and at night: A nice BBQ at home.

Coche recomendable, si no, 10 min a pie a la estación de trenes o bus delante de casa (cada hora)

Somos una familia alemana que vive en Barcelona desde hace mucho tiempo. Somos 4 personas, Eva, Gerald y dos niñas de 8 y 13 años.
Nos encanta viajar y hemos vivido en varios países.
Tenemos un perrito pequeño llamado Struppi que solo puede estar an la planta baja de la casa.

We are a German family living in Barcelona for a long time. We are 4, Eva, Gerald and two girls of 8 and 13.
We love to travel and have lived in different countries as Russia and Turkey for example.

We have a very small dog called Struppi who is only allowed to stay at the bottom floor of the house. We run a little bicycle company: www.trixi.com and also www.bicicleta.es and love urban cycling.
