Our Home
We have a clean comfortable condo right on the ski mountain in Steamboat Springs. We have been skiing in Steamboat 20 years and have owned this condo for the last 10 years. We have 3 teenage children and spend every Christmas skiing and enjoy a week of hiking and mountain fun in the summer. This condo is great for families and is very convenient to the gondola. It is great all 4 seasons! It has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are lots of games and DVD's in the condo for family fun. The condo has 4 twin beds, 1 king, a full size futon and a full size sofa bed. There is one main living area and a smaller loft with a tv in each area. The kids room is in on the lower level and has a tv with an xbox.
Our Neighborhood
Our condo is located in the Herbage complex on Apres Ski Way on Mt. Werner. Herbage has many year round residents. The free bus system has a stop right in front of our complex and can take you to the ski mountain or downtown to the many shops and restaurants. A river runs right through down town and has tubing and kayaking in the summer. There is golf and tennis available as well as horseback riding and hiking. Steamboat is a quaint old western town with lots going on year round.

About Us
We are a family of 5 from Charlotte, NC. We enjoy getting out to Colorado twice a year. Our children are 11, 13 and 17 and have all been skiing since they could walk. We all love the town of Steamboat Springs in all seasons.
