Our home is an independent house with garden and surrounded by a natural parc and yet 5 minutes from the beach and the popular area El Palo and 15 minutes from Malaga downtown.
The house is build on a 850 m2 plot of land and has 2 floors. We have a very spacious and pretty lounge with a cosy fireplace and views to the sea and the mountains.The kitchen is very light and equipped with dishwasher , american fridge,micro wave ,electric oven and gas cooker.Downstairs we have a bathroom with toilet and shower and that's were our washing machine and tumble dryer standsUpstairs we have 3 bedrooms, 1 big bedroom with en suitbathroobathroom.
On the down floor next to the lounge is a big terrace with garden furniture, a hammock, a gas bbq and a jacuzzi.
The rest of it is kind of a wild garden with several mature trees: jacaranda, olive trees, jasmine, mimosa....
There is always a light breeze in summer coming from the ocean, and lots of shade under the trees.
The views from our garden are spectacular !

The house stands in a very green and exclusive area.Our urbanization is called Pinares San Anton, and is know as being the green lung of Malaga.It is a very quiet and friendly environment and you don't feel the stress of the city but are very very near to it.
We have a security guard 24hours a day and so the urbanization is very safe also in the evenings.
The whole urbanization is surrounded by the natural Parc of Pinares de San Anton and is a beautiful area for hiking and rockclimbing or caving.We have a tennisclub (tennis and paddle) in the urbanization. An indoor swimming pool can be found at 5 minutes drive.
A golf course and a marina is at 10 minutes distance in El Candado,
We are only 5 minutes away from the El Palo Beach, where you also find shops and restaurants and where you can take the local bus to Malaga city centre (busservice every 10 minutes)
Nearest places of interest are: Granada (1,5 hour) or Seville (2 hours), Ronda (1,5 hour), Sierra Nevada, skiing resort (2hours), Nerja Caves (1/2 hour)

We are animal lovers and would be pleased to take care of yours while you are away !
We are honest people and careful with other peoples properties!

Citybreaks don't need special dates.For longhaul destinations we will have to go during schoolholidays.

We are open to any destination but would love to go to Italy for a long weekend.Florence has been my hometown for a while so I think that would be a nice place to start with.....Also Rome is on our listing....
We like to go to cities like Bilbao, Paris, London, Vienna, Prague,Berlin .but also France, Switserland ,... and South africa would be a destination to experience during winterholidays.
BUT we are open to any destination, and if you like to visit Spain, please just drop me an e-mail !

50We are a family of 3. Myself, 49 year , my husband , 50 year and works as a chief engineer for an American Company .And our lovely daughter of 14 year.She is a very sportive girl and loves animals.
We have 2 older dogs(Golden Retriever and a street breed) and 2 cats.We usually leave the cats at home and put the dogs in kennels while we are away.Unless you would not mind walking them.
We are an active family and like to stay near the sea or in the mountains.My husband likes caving and canoying.We all ski and love to make long walks with our dogs.I like to cook , specially thai food and italian and I learn to play the piano.
My daughter is an active girl, with lots of activities during the week: piano, padel and sailing and watching her favourite programs ....
