Comfortable beach units, cable tv with new large flat screens, wi-fi, each unit can sleep around 5-6 adults and 2 children. Larger upstairs unit has a large kitchen and dining room. BBQ's and tools included. Electric boat cruise for 2-3 hours. 20 minutes to Disneyland. 10 minutes from South Coast Plaza and Fashion Island.forty-five minutes to Los Angeles,Hollywood,etc.

75 ft from one of California's finest sandy beach,ride our tandem bike throughout Balboa peninsula,take the ferry to the island,surf,swim,body board or play beach volleyball;bbq at dusk with magnificent ocean sunsets...LA,DISNEYLAND,& MAJOR LEAGUE SPORTS NEARBY. we have 2 prior exchanges

OUR HOME IS AVAILABLE IN THE SUMMER STARTING 6/21 AND ENDING THE SECOND SATURDAY OF SEPTEMBER.....WE DO SUMMER WEEKLY RENTALS FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY AND PREFER EXCHANGES TO FOLLOW THAT SCHEDULE. CANT DO SIMULTANEOUS EXCHANGE

About Us
My wife and I lived at the beach for 15 years and enjoyed it thoroughly. As our son got older we moved about 2 miles away into a larger home. After 1 beachless summer, we immediately turned our home into a vacation rental so we could return several weeks a year. It is rented 6 out of 10 summer weeks by local judges, lawyers, doctors and their families who return every year.
