Our Home
Recently remodeled by decorator with new furniture,bedding and decorations. New deck, new roof and replacement windows. Kitchen built out a few years ago is very spacious and good for gathering friends and families for cocktails and snacks. Short walk across street to wide pristine beach. Great restaurants, golf and shopping on the island and nearby. Rental bikes, rental golf carts and water sports available on the island. Full day and half day fishing tours available from nearby marina. Just a short drive to Myrtle Beach SC with over 100 golf courses, shopping, nightclubs and shows.
Our Neighborhood
Island living. All the houses are in a straight line on E 1st St and go back from there until it meets the canal. Our home is a corner lot and have a neighbor to the left facing the home and one home behind us. Sidewalk across the street for strolling, jogging and biking. The island has a quiet family feel.

About Us
Dad's beach house is now owned by all the kids. Graham, Will, Laura and Claire. We have updated the home in recent months and are enjoying using it and sharing it with friends. Graham and Elizabeth have two kids ages 8 and 10 and one 4 legged child. Claire and Frank have two kids 10 and 13. Will, aka Fr. Gurnee is a spiritual director in Washington and does not get to the beach very often. Laura has three grown boys the youngest going off to college this fall. We have enjoyed many good times in this house.
