My appartment is in a quiet, safe and green area in the sorrounding of Padua, a medieval city in the hart of Veneto Region, the first touristic destination of Italy.It's about 20 KM from Venice, 80 Km from Verona (Romeo and Juliet city), near the Dolomiti mountains (Cortina d'Ampezzo) and the sea. The bus stop it's 3 minutes walking and you can reach the train station in 15 minutes by bus. The appartment is in the ground floor of a Condo and it's about 80 square meters, with a little backyard garden where you can have dinner or take a sunbath. It has two bedrooms (one with a king size bed and the other with a single bed), a living room with a sofa (it's a sofa bed for two persons), a well furnished kitchen with all the tools for a gourmet cook (MW oven, dishwasher, fridge, electric oven, coffee maker, breadmaker, etc.), two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath). There is a washing machine and a dryer, two TVs, and air conditioning. It's well furnished with a mix of modern and ancient wooden furniture.There is a parking lot in front of the house and you can use my three bicycles.

Our Neighborhood
My neighborhood is very quiet and safe, it's suitable for children: there is a park in front of the house with a children playground. No traffic at all, there are no factories. There are a lot of cycling and walking way and country trails. You can reach walking every kind of little shop (bakery, grocery, butcher, etc.) and a good pizzeria (delivery). In front of the house there is a tennis club. During the summer in Padua there are a lot of wonderful classical music concert, even in historical sites (villas, park, ecc.). In the near town of Abano Terme you can have spa and wellness centers, and in the sorrounding you can play golf.
