Our Home
Our home is a 1930's two level bungalow set on a flat section.
We enjoy spending time in our lounge with open fire, books and television in winter and our sunny open plan kitchen/dining room/sitting room with french doors to decks, lawn and barbeque in summer.
Also downstairs is our master bedroom with walk through wardrobe to the ensuite bathroom, a single bedroom, laundry and separate wc.
Two bedrooms, a living room, office and bathroom are located upstairs.The section is fully fenced and receives sun throughout the year. Car access is by drive on to a double garage.

Our Neighborhood
Northland is a sunny, friendly community close to the city and Victoria University. Either walk to the Kelburn Cable Car or drive to the city within 5 minutes. We have a great local cafe and a variety of take away food outlets (gourmet burgers, pizza etc) within a few minutes flat, easy walk. Wellington city is vibrant and has a thriving arts and music scene. There are many theatres, restarants and cafes. We are within walking distance to the wonderful Karori Wildlife Sanctuary and the Botanical Gardens and there are many opportunities to walk in the bush nearby. Wellington is set around a gorgeous harbour surrounded by hills and beaches. Martinborough is a fantastic wine area one and a half hours drive away.
Our Waitarere bach is one and a half hours drive north and has a fantastic climate and laid back summer feel.

Matthew owns a property management company in Wellington and Catherine is an at home mum. The children are Olivia (13), Oscar (9) and Hugo (6) who love to travel. Our interests centre mainly on family life and travel.
We spend time at our house at Waitarere Beach north of Wellington, regularly have family outings, have annual trips to islands of the South Pacific and in winter enjoy skiing.
We are keen to arrange a swap to Queenstown/Wanaka or other South Island ski destination over the ski season 2013 and would love to go somewhere warm also (Australia/South Pacific).
