We live on Mercer Island just 5 miles from Seattle .Mercer Island is the jewel of Washington State, and it is close to downtown shopping, Safeco Field, Pike Market and wonderful outlying areas, beaches, parks and cultural points of interest. Many familiar and hidden attractions to explore, all within driving distance.It's a lovely CA style contemporary with high ceilings, wall of glass overlooking Lake Washington on a beautiful, quiet street with million dollar homes on the West side of the island centrally located to everything!

House is wired for wi-fi, two flat screen tv's with Direct TV, great deck over looking Lake Washington with new patio furniture: chairs/chaise/sofa/patio dining table for six/sunbrella,big six burner barbeque, outdoor patio heater. Full home office on lower level with wi-fi, printer, fax, and private office as well as well as family room and fireplace.

We have one bedroom with king bed, another with queen bed . Two full bathrooms--one upstairs/one downstairs. Other bedrooms are on lower level but used as offices.

Living room with cathedral wood ceiling, brick fireplace and wall of glass overlooking greenery and lake. It's like a treehouse!

Formal dining room with room for ten. Eat in kitchen.

We are located just minutes from Seattle and the Eastside (Bellevue). Mercer Island is a highly desirable upscale location with beautiful parks, beaches, restaurants, shops. We have wonderful hiking trails, great biking, public beaches, and great access to the city which is less than 5 miles from our home. Our home is on a quiet street set back from the road, little noise and beautiful private homes.
