We have a lovely flat, 90 square meters. Two bedrooms: one for the parents, and one for our daughter. In this one, you can pull a mattress that will make a second bed. There is one bathroom and toilets in an other part. You have an office with Internet and a fixed computer (Mac). You can bring your laptop (Wifi). The living room is equiped with a flatscreen full HD TV. And you'll have a Wii...!
There is a balcony with a nice view on the Cap d'Antibes. You can hear the birds singing in the trees.
There is a private swimming-pool in our residence, with children's garden.
The apartment is very quiet, well equiped (TV/cable, Wifi for internet access, computer, washing machine, dishwasher).
We just have renovated the kitchen and the living room, transforming it into one large room, very bright. It's brand new, workers have finished work late May.
The bathroom will be renovated in July, just before the swap!.
If you want, you'll have our car, a little Renault twingo, three years old (25 000 kms or 15 000 miles).
And there is a private parking for our car.

We live in a very calm district, on the hills west of Nice. Our neighborhood is very quiet. There is a small shopping mail near our apartment (5 mn to walk) with press, baker, florist, little supermarket, doctor, dentist, pharmacist, hairdresser.
Our apartment is 10 mn close to the beach, 10 mn close to the center of Nice.
And 20 mn to Cannes or Monaco, 30 mn to be in Italy, only one hour to reach the mountain.
So you can visit the French Riviera, or make long walks in Mountain.
And Saint-Tropez is unless two hours of road!
If you play Tennis, there is a wonderful little club at 10 mn by car. The owners are friends and they speak English and Russian.
And many golfs of course: Mougins, Monaco are the most famous.
