Upstairs comprises: Master bedroom, small double bedroom, study room with a double sofa-bed and 2 computers sharing broadband access, luxury bathroom with shower, bath, bidet and WC.
Ground floor comprises : WC/Utility Room with washing machine and tumble dryer, 2010 remodelled luxury kitchen with dishwasher, oven/hob, and microwave, large L-shaped lounge letting out onto decking and then lawn. Lounge is equipped with HiFi system, LCD panel TV and DVD/HDD recorder.

The decking is bounded by a small pond and a running water feature, and is secluded from neighbours with a roll away awning for shade. The lawn is surrounded by high hedges and flower beds to the sides and a small wood to the rear. There is a Gas BBQ grill and a variety of eating areas with chairs and tables for dining or just sitting around outside. There is a summer-house which we use for outdoor dining which has heating for cold nights and another which houses an 8-person heated whirlpool spa. A hammock can be suspended from the tree and the summer house. The garden is well designed and laid out with hidden walkways, numerous pots and a large variety of flowers and shrubs and has a greenhouse, storage shed and compost area. It is included in the local Open Gardens day every other year.

Quiet cul-de-sac off of private roads. Situated on the edge of London's "green belt" so giving a rural feel to the area with lots of fields and woods close by.
Road Access: The M4 and M25 motorways are only 10 minutes drive away and a 20 minute drive will take you to the historic town of Windsor.
Public Transport: 20 minutes walk to the nearest overground rail station which links Central London ( Paddington Station ) to Iver (20 minutes) and the West of England. The train will take you into Slough in 5 minutes and in 30 minutes to Windsor. 25 minutes walk to a bus stop serving the Slough-Heathrow shuttle service. Heathrow and Uxbridge are the nearest underground tube stations.

A 2009 Honda Accord Tourer can be included in the exchange subject to insurance company OK. We are non-smokers and would prefer no-one to smoke inside the house.

We have one cat who comes and goes at will. We also have lovely friendly neighbours who can look after the cat and the house if you decide to overnight it elsewhere.

Graham is 62, retired from the Software Sales Industry but still dabbling at Marketing Consultancy from time to time. Joyce is also 62 an ex-Head Teacher and now retired from selling IT Services to schools. We are child-free and enjoy travel and entertaining. We both enjoy volunteering in the community and are involved with our local Communty library, Joyce is a local Infant school governor and Graham is a director and treasurer of the local Sports Cluib

We have 1 cat, Rosie. Fairly independent but she likes a bit of fuss now and again.

We have previously enjoyed home exchanges to Canada, Florida, Australia, New Zealand, Hawaii and Mexico.
