We are owners of a timeshare condo through Diamond Resorts International at Cypress Grande Pointe Villas located only one mile from the entrance to Disneyworld. The condo is also very close to Seaworld, MGM, and other theme parks. We are able to offer a 2-bedroom unit (sleeps 6) that is 1329 SF and has a king bed, 2 twin beds, and a sleeper sofa. The unit comes with a full kitchen that includes coffee maker, dishes, utensils, microwave, stove/oven, and toaster. You can save a lot of money by eating in your unit. The unit is beautifully decorated. Most 2-BR units have either a jacuzzi or Roman tub. You will truly enjoy the comforts of the unit like you were staying at home.

Each unit also has AC, washer/dryer, a balcony with a screened-in porch to eat outside on the beautiful mornings. There are multiple TVs, VCR, voicemail, etc.

You are staying at a full-service resort which has 3 swimming pools (including a volcano pool that kids love!), tennis courts, basketball court, game room, volleyball, shuffleboard, fitness center, and barbeque. If you need a day off from the theme parks, there is plenty to do at the resort.

Since having the timeshare is like having a second home, we are VERY flexible with an exchange and can do a non-simultaneous exchange. We can exchange this for as few as 4 days or as many as 7 at any time during the year EXCEPT major holidays such as Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

The resort does not allow pets.

Our condo unit is located in a very private, quiet location yet it is extremely close to supermarkets, fabulous resurants, shopping in Downtown Disney, and of course, Disneyworld. Disney includes the Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Animal Kingdom and water parks Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. We are less than 5 minutes to Disney World and less than 15 minutes to Sea World, Universal Studios, and the new Harry Potter Theme Park. The drive from Orlando Airport (MCO) takes only 20-25 minutes. We were just there in October and would happy to tell you of our experiences.

Rich is a self-employed educational consultant in statistics/demography in projecting enrollment for school districts. He also is a former schoolteacher and professor, teaching at Rutgers University (NJ) and Marlboro College (VT). Rehana is a former graphics designer and now is a full-time mom. Neither of us smoke. We have two extremely well-behaved girls, ages 14 and 12. The children are great travelers, as we travel 3-4 times a year in the US and abroad.
