Lumineux appartement de 100 m2 au 5ème étage d'une résidence moderne à Paris, 11e. Une chambre parentale avec grande salle de bain, une chambre d'enfant (1 lit simple en mezzanine + un lit "junior") et un bureau avec futon convertible deux places et salle de bain attenante.

Parquet chêne. Cuisine récente équipée.

Gardiennage. Femme de ménage une fois par semaine. Deux balcons loggias de chaque côté de l'appart sur rue (vue sur l'église) et sur le jardin de la résidence (transats, table et chaises). 2 chambres donnent sur le jardin (calme assuré).

République / Oberkampf / Belleville is a central multi-ethnical & bohemian area.

A supermarket is just downstairs, and we have plenty of nice cafés, restaurants, shops + colorfull food markets 4 times a week around. All kinds of cuisines, including excellent french tradi are offered by dozens of restaurants and bars directly accessible (just push the elevator button !)

Enjoy calm as the rooms are on the residence's garden side and the cafés ans restaurants are a few blocks away.

3 different metro lines accessible within a 5 mn walk, and another 4 lines if you stroll to République (10 mn walk) will take you quickly everywhere.

A few walks alks around : Canal St Martin (Hotel du Nord : 15 mn walk), Park of Belleville (panoramic view of Paris from the belvedere) or Buttes Chaumont, Le Marais...

Nous recherchons en priorité un échange d'une semaine la semaine du 15 août 2013 (une semaine à partir du 9 jusqu'au 18 max) Nous sommes ouverts à toute proposition en France, de préférence à la montagne, mer ou campagne, mais restons ouverts à toute proposition !

AMSTERDAM, BERLIN or Sardinia, north italia, BARCELONA... But we are truly opened to different propositions as long as it is in Europe.

It is possible for us to travel from from the 9th to the 18th of August, but it can be possible for you to come earlier for non simultaneus week from july, 29th, as our flat will be free the previous 2 weeks also.

ETE 2013 : nous pouvons voyager seulement entre le 9 et le 18 août pour une semaine environ, mais notre appartement sera dispo à partir du 29 juillet pour un échange en décalé si besoin.

ALL YEAR ROUND : opened to short breaks (3/4 days) in European cities : Barcelona, Budapest, Prague, Edimbourgh, Sevilla, Florence, Venice, etc... with or without our children.

We travel only during school breaks.

We are a couple in mid-thirties, and 2 girls (born in 2004 & 2009). We are raising them to adapt and respect things.

We experienced home swap in Berkeley, California in 2007, Boston, MA in 2010 and Stockholm in 2011 and we are very enthousiastic about it.

We traveled a lot in the past, in Asia, USA, Europe, Indonesia...

Hugo is PR in music business, and Juliette is a free lance journalist. We love cultural & outdoor activities (hicking, cycling, sailing, skiing...), music (Hugo is a sax and flute player), good food and wine, and of course : travelling.


We will take very good care of your home and plants (if needed) !

Nous avons échangé notre appartement avec une famille californienne en 2007, à Boston l'été 2010 et en Suède l'été 2011.
