Nice home, 120 m², just partly refurbished. Well-organized for daily use of 5 persons. Modern facilities: dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer, lots of toys, WII, PS3, games, DVD, books etc.

Lovely undisturbed garden with nature just outside the hedge, chairs, parasol, BBQ and a trampoline.

We have a 7-seat car which can be a part of the swap including bikes in many sizes - also 3 mountainbikes.

We live in the western part of Jutland in a small town called Lemvig with about 7500 inhabitants.

The house is very quiet located with a fantastic scenery just outside the door. Nice view from the house. You can overlook golfcourt (which is almost in the backyard), small pond, hilly fields and in the distance the fiord of Lemvig. The water is only 300 m. away. A lovely beach can be reached by bike or foot in 10 min.

We live in a very quiet and familyfriendly neighborhood.

It´s not a overcrowded tourist area and there´s a lot of opportunities to enjoy the nature and the North sea/fiord.

Many facilities in the surroundings as shopping-street, museums, churches, restaurants, supermarkets. All in a distance of 15 min. by foot or 5 min. by car.
Larger city (Holstebro - with 31.000 inhabitants) just 30 min. away by car. Here you can find a lot of culture like museums, theatre, art galleries etc.

Not far away (about 20 min. by car) you reach the Northsea, and you can take a walk or mountainbike (50 km marked trail) in one of the largest forests in Denmark, just 15 min away by car.

One of the bic attractions in Jutland for children is Legoland, which can be reach within 90 min. This attraction is placed just beside Billund airport.

The capital of Denmark - Copenhagen, can be reached within 4 hours.

We´re a family of 5.
Erik (49) works as an engineer. Dorte (45) works as a nurse. Jakob (9) loves mountainbiking, football, outdoorplay, computergames and his school. Annesofie (14) loves dancing, singing, pianoplaying and be together with her girlfriends. Katrine (16) loves fashion, her computer, pianoplaying, reading and be together with her friends.

We are a family that are very easy to cooperate with!

We all love to come out in the nature and the beach in the summertime. Erik, Dorte and Jakob loves mountainbiking as well. We like to explore new places both in Denmark and out of the country.

It´s possible, that a girlfriend or Dortes mother will be going with us if possible.

We have just recently done two homeexchanges, one simultaniously (to Stockholm) and one nonsimultanious (to Sydney). Both of them were just great, and we loved it. It´s such a nice way to experience a city or country. We hope to do a lot of exchanges in the future.
