I have a lovely remodeled Edwardian flat. There is a beautiful, tropical yard in back and a deck Patio. Bedrooms are extremely quiet and peaceful. I would also consider including my car. Great for a family. 3 furnished bedrooms. Rennovated park with playground, tennis, baseball and basketball 1 block away! Family friendly....convenient to transportation or trips to wine country or Silicon Valley
Our Neighborhood
Noe Valley is a sunny, safe neighborhood in San Francisco. 1/2 block from my home is a butcher who has been there for over 70 years, a produce market (open 7AM), cafes, very impressive bistros and restaurants, and public transportation. There is a newly remodeled park and rec center with Tennis courts 1 block up the street. Three blocks away, you can explore the colorful Mission District, and 2 blocks away gets you on the highway to anywhere. My neighbors are a mix of third generation San Franciscans and young families. St. Paul's Cathedral is two blocks away.

My home is lovely. There are lots of movies to watch, cable tv, and free internet. The kitchen is excellent. The neighbor hood is very safe and the neighbors and people are wonderful...very child friendly!

I work at UCSF and am editor of the department for stem cell research and regeneration medicine newsletter. I have spent most of my life as a photographer in theater and music. I will probably be traveling alone or with one friend.
