We have a cute one bedroom one bathroom newly renovated apartment. 700 square Ft.with a view of the city. Nicely decorated.with all new furniture. It has a great little kitchen with all new appliances and dishwasher. There are 2 TV's and WIFI. Bath with a shower and laundry facilities in the building. We have bikes that you can use to ride around the seawall. There is a 360 degree rooftop deck for everyone to use. Sit up and have a glass of wine and watch the spectacular sunset over English Bay. A view that can't be beat.There is an indoor pool with work out room as well.

We live in a very desirable neighbourhood in the heart of Vancouvers West End. Just steps to English bay and Stanley Park. The beautiful seawall to stroll or bike around is a very popular past time. Loads of shopping and restaurants right at your door. One minute you can shop and have a great meal and the next minute you can be walking in the midst of a forest with beavers and birds and all sorts of wildlife surrounding you. Absolutely magnificent location, 2 Hours to Whistler, minutes to Grouse Mountain and the North Shore. Summer time there is sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding all at your doorstep. Very safe and friendly neighbourhood. Great merchants with a real community feel. It is truly the best way to get a West Coast experience.

We are also open to Vacation Rental as well, as this is our secondary place.

We are open with dates, we are making a big change in our lives and would love to have the opportunity to spend an extended period of time in a place. We can accomodate dates. Do not need to exchange at the same time. Our place is a second home for us.

My husband and I spent a 2 weeks in Italy last summer and fell in love with the Lake como area, we would love to go back to the lake area and spent time getting to know the local people and learn their culture. we would love our daughter to have the chance to meet people from other countries and to learn how unique cultures are. I have swiss roots and would love the chance to take my family back to switzerland to learn about my heritage and to see how beautiful of a country switzerland is.I would also love to immerse my family in the French Cuisine and lifestyle. We are also open to any beach towns that have sandy beaches and lots of ocean. I guess we are open to offers anywhere, my list could go on forever of the places I would love to see .

We are family with 5 daughters, four of them are grown up and going to University. We have one 13 year old living with us that is always ready for an adventure. We have recently retired from a Gourmet business and now want to spend some time travelling and seeing the world. We would also like to the opportunity to volunteer and help others less fortunate, by exchanging we feel we can accomplish this. We would be 3 travelling and perhaps the others would visit. We are also interested in a long term exchange as well.
