My home is a newly remodeled condo in downtown Salt Lake City. It is a 1 bedroom condo on the 10th floor with beautiful unobstructed views of the Wasatch mountains. I have all new appliances complete with a washer/dryer combo unit. I have a nice private balcony that faces east with a grill. I also have an air mattress that could be used if needed. I have a parking spot in the basement of the building. Condo also has a big outdoor 12 person hot tub on the 4th floor as well as an exercise room complete with sauna and a bathroom with a shower. The building is directly downtown and close to everything. 30 minutes from three world class ski resorts (solitude, brighton, canyons). 40 minutes to another three ski resorts (alta, snowbird, park city) Its under an hour to visit Snowbasin, Sundance and Deer Valley. Staying downtown during your ski vacation is best if you enjoy having some drinks at night. There is not much apres at Utah ski resorts! There is a wine store one block away, a piano bar and art galleries across the street. TRAX stop (SLC light rail) is only 1 block away. The fantastic Salt Lake City Library is located one block away, and there are several fine restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance.

Downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. Very safe, only a couple of blocks to the beautiful downtown library, great restaurants, several downtown bars and galleries. Full grocery store 2 blocks away. Wine store 1 block away. Several fine dining or sushi restaurants within walking distance. Several theaters within walking distance, or take TRAX (our light rail). TRAX is free in the downtown area, so you can hop on and go to one of two downtown outdoor malls (the Gateway or the NEW City Creek Center), the Arena, Mormon Temple grounds. Starting 2013, you can take TRAX directly to my condo.

I love wine, the beach, and major cities! I really want to go to Napa Valley soon. I have a lot of Southwest free trips, so its not uncommon for me to be able to escape for the weekend.
