The open floorplan includes a master bedroom with kingsize bed, sitting area, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and dual vanity. There are 2 additional, generous bedrooms, each with a kingsize bed, and a second full bathroom with shower over tub and dual vanity. The recently up-dated gourmet, eat-in kitchen provides easy access to the comfortable family room with gas log fireplace, the formal dining room, and the recently up-dated garden courtyard with spa. The home is 2,050 sq.ft./190 sq. m with a separate laundry room, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and 10 ft ceilings throughout. A small Petite Sirah vineyard on the property is used by the owners in their production of Petite Sirah port. Other amenities include private parking, satellite flat screen TV, stereo audio system, and on-site printer and wireless internet.

Our Neighborhood
St. Helena retains the charm and friendliness of a small town while also offering the sophistication of world class wineries and dining set in the heart of Napa Valley's vineyards. Our neighborhood is situated in a quiet enclave about 5 minutes walk from St. Helena's main street. Many of our immediate neighbors are luminaries in the Napa Valley winemaking community who enjoy sharing their insights as well as their lastest vintages at impromptu neighborhood gatherings. In addition to the wineries and fine dining, St. Helena enjoys close proximity to numerous resorts, spas, and golf courses, and hiking, biking, bocce, tennis, balloning, and equestrian facilities are all available within a short drive. Sonoma County, our neighbor to the west, is about a 30 minute drive, and San Francisco can be reached by either bridges or ferry in about 1 hour.

About Us
We are 2 couples, united through marriage, who enjoy a wide range of interests and activities, including travel. Adam and Maria are both teachers who particularly enjoy the outdoors; climbing, hiking, biking, kayaking, as well as photography and wood-working. Dave and Susanne are respectively a physician and a school administrator, now both retired. We also manage our own small vineyards, making wines under our Soaring Hawk label. While we love traveling together, we may also exchange separately as couples. Since our St. Helena home is not a primary residence, non-simultaneous exchanges are very workable.
