Our home is the last house on a cul de sac, provides privacy and a safe place for kids to ride bikes and play. Our house is located on a large lot with a huge fenced side yard with lots of palm trees. A large play house with swings and a slide for kids. Very safe and perfect for kids.

We have 3 bedrooms, one of the bedrooms is furnished with a toddler bed. Second room has a twin bed with a trundle. We do have a spare queen mattress that can be moved in. The master bedroom is furnished with a very large California King Size bed, dresser, night stand, flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and its own bathroom, tub, and shower.

Our house is warm and cozy with brand new kitchen and new floors. We have TONS of children toys, books, and equipment. We are in the process of transforming our garage into a play room. Our living room has a flat screen, DVD, DVR, Wii console, wifi access throughout the house.

We have the following equipment that you may use during your stay: 2 adult bikes, 2 children bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, & boogie boards.

Laguna Niguel is a city located in southern Orange County, California. It is a beautiful city which borders Laguna Beach. Our house is located on a single-loaded street at the end of the cul de sac. We have a huge side yard which is uncommon in orange county.

You are one mile away from the beach, You get the ocean breeze, but not the traffic. There are fantastic restaurants near by, including 5 star hotels...St. Regis in Dana Point, Ritz Carlton, and Montage in Laguna Beach. Also, great hiking and bike trails within walking distance. There is a huge movie theater a mile away with lots of shops and is home to outdoor summer concerts (free). Three great shopping malls nearby, one being the famous Newport Beach Fashion Island.

5 minutes away from new outdoor skate park. We are 10 minutes from Mission San Juan Capistrano. 10 minutes from Arroyo Trabuco Golf Course (several beautiful golf courses near by in Laguna Beach, Newport Beach). 30 minutes away from Disneyland. 45 minutes away from Lego land and the San Diego Zoo. There is also an Amtrak train station about 1.5 miles away, this is great transportation for you to further explore California (Old Town San Diego) and more.

We have beautiful weather year round!, so bring your sun block and sandals.

We are all booked for summer 2013.

We prefer somewhere warm for Dec.2013, such as Australia or Hawaii. Would prefer a home with a pool.

We are a couple in our 30s with two boys (3 and 2). We are addicted to traveling, learning about new cultures excites us. Our travels have taken us to the South Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East. We are open to weekend exchanges in Southern and Northern California.

We only have 3 rules: No smoking, no pets, and no shoes in the house.
