The main living area and master bedroom is on the first floor which is accessable from the garage at the first floor level at the rear of the house so there are no stairs to climb when you drive into the rear garage.

Mandurah is the aquatic playground of the west, swimming, boating, diving, surfing, fishing, Whale and Dolphin watching are common pastimes.It is famous for its Sand Crabs and Crayfish which are abundant in the local waters.

You can take a rivercruise and watch the dolpins or explore the numerous canals with their million dollar homes.

Perth, our capital city, is only 45 minutes away by train or the freeway.

There are numerous golf clubs nearbye and restaurants are plentiful.

Margaret River, the best wine region in Australia, is only a few hours drive away or you can explore the towns of the Southwest which include Yallingup, Bussleton, Pemberton and the Truffle growing area of Manjimup.
