An enchanting house in the historical center overlooks the Bracciano’s lake.
Two floors for a total of 40 mq: on the ground floor there are a kitchen and a living room with a fireplace
On the 1st floor a bedroom with queen size bed and a bathroom with bath and shower and if you go on the balcony you will see the wonderful sight of the town that comes down on the lake
Overmore if you want to take a world tour just go on our living room and see the thousands photos of Daniele!!

A quiet area with all comforts : shops and restaurants ,a beautiful pier where you can go for a walk and sit down on the tables of bars enjoying the relax and sipping cocktails (we suggest a small fruit shop that prepares great glasses of fruit and sangria!!).
During all the year you can run into fairs and festivals and in the summer there are many places on the beach around the lake where you can spend the nights with good music and drinks
Close to the city of Rome (30 minutes by train /car) and to the sea (15 minutes) this town is the ideal place for visiting the best italian areas and doing all without stress .
For big events ,concerts and the major museums you can reach the city easily! For the lovers of sport the lake and the sea are the perfect spots to do windsurf surf and kite
The beaches are large and equiped and every summer there are a lot of sport events
Obviously as it is Itay all around you have historical places: the beautiful Castle of Bracciano (on the lake) and Santa Severa (on the sea) , etruscan sites(Cerveteri) and of course the Eternal City
But also clubs discos pubs cinema to stay up late
Live here is really pleasant and we are certain that you will fall in love for our magic place
