We offer a 4 bedroom home with solar heated pool in Tampa Palms, an upscale Tampa, Florida development (sleeps up to 10). Our home is tastefully decorated yet comfortable with all the conveniences. We have HDTV, high speed Internet, bikes, sports gear, treadmill, etc. Car swap is also possible. Non-smokers only. We are interested in most locations but especially San Diego and Colorado ski resort areas where our sons live as well as Europe (especially near historic areas of London, Madrid, Rome and Paris).

Our home is located in an award winning beautifully landscaped master planned community with parks, tennis, racquetball, bike trails, basketball, river access, canoeing, and nearby movie theaters, many restaurants and shopping. Home is directly across from a conservation area. We have seen deer, hawks, bobcats and alligators in the conservation areas in other parts of the development.

We are about 45 minutes from world class Clearwater Beach and 1.5 hrs. from Disney World, Seaworld, Legoland, Universal Studios & Harry Potter, MGM, etc. The Tampa/St Petersburg area offers fine and casual dining, Busch Gardens, major league sports including baseball spring training (New York Yankees and others), NFL (Bucaneers) , NHL (Lightning) , MLB (Rays), a major performing arts center, new Salvidor Dali Museum, a major university (University of South Florida), and extensive shopping. Within a short drive are Tarpon Springs, Sarasota and Lakeland. There are numerous city and state parks within an easy drive. Nearby is excellent deep sea, beach, and fresh water fishing. Several cruise lines depart from Tampa.

We are both recently retired and are now able to do extended exchanges and we have great flexibility with dates. We would love to exchange long term (6-12 months) in San Diego or Breckenridge areas. We would consider exchanges of several weeks to several months in major European cities. We have also hosted families when an exchange was not possible in consideration for future lodging with them.

We are interested in most locations in the US and abroad but especially in the San Diego, California and Breckenridge, Colorado areas where our sons live. We have traveled to other countries and throughout most of the US and Canada. We would also love to exchange in the historic districts of London, Madrid, Paris or Rome (or other city with history and culture to explore).

Bill is a retired university professor and Ivonne is a retired kindergarten teacher. Our two sons may join us on some exchanges. One lives in San Diego and works in the IT industry and the other is in law enforcement in Breckenridge, Colorado where he lives with his family. We are all non-smokers and very responsible.
