Our beatiful and quiet apartment in Marbella(110 SQMm) is located in a complex in first line of beach; 100 meters from the sand to the door of apartment: only 4 kms far from the center of Marbella city. You can reach Marbella city by the seaside, walking.

The apartment is facing the South; 3000 sun-hours/year. Really confortable, we have all the needs in a house. Plus, our charming terrace allow us enjoy the warn weather during the evenings and nights, or dinner with candles or smell the flavour of the gardens.

During the day (why not in the night too?), you can have a bath in the pool or in the beach after the lunch and before the dessert.

The silence and the nearly of the beach are the main reasons why we decide to purchase this apartment; because we have a friendly and warm neighbours and gardens for our children, but a lot of services and options for leissure in 2 minutes.

SIMULTANEOUS EXCHANGES IS NOT NECESSARY.
Our periods of holidays are mainly the same as the children holidays.

Podemos ofrecer nuestra casa en una fecha diferente, al ser una segunda residencia.

We used to travel in Summer and Christmas (near ski resorts) while children holidays. We want to go to UK, France or EEUU.....or anywhere else! we are open to new places!

We are a spanish couple with 4 children very well behaved; Curro 10 years, Elena 6 años, Carmen 4 years and Sol 2 year old. My wife, Patricia, is a lawyer and works at a bank, I'm economist. We decide to start this way to know different places and ways of life, in order our children can learn a lot about it.

We love travel, and this is the reason why we offer our lovely apartment in the best coast of Spain.
