Our Home
We completely remodled our home 6 years ago. We designed it to be a great space for having family and friends over. It's cozy and comfortable which was what we wanted people to feel the minute they walked in. And it has all the modern convienences. The master bedroom has a king size bed and full bath. The other two bedrooms have queen bedsl.The back yard is set up for entertaining. The home has great air flow so you can always feel the great ocean breeze and at night you can hear the waves. For us this is our dream home and we feel fortunate to live in paradise. We will have beach chairs waiting for you in the garage and even sun screen... just pick up the chairs and walk one block away and you are on our beach.

Our Neighborhood
We live in a eclectic, relaxed beach community. The people who live in the Pierpont area, are wonderfully friendly and relaxed as well. We are one street away from your feet in the sand. Within a 5 minute walk, you can enjoy Italian, Mexican, American/burgers or Chinese food. There is also a bakery & bar to just unwind at any part of your day. If you Karyoke, we have a great place less than a 10 stroll from our home. The historic downtown, which is a 5 minute car ride or 10 minute bicycle ride, has restaurants, boutiques, movie theaters and a thriving night life. There are shops, restaurants, and boat excursions available in our harbor/marina which is less than a mile from our home.. Other Information
A grocery store is within a 5 minute walk and we have a wonderful Farmers Market every Saturday. There is a bike path right out our front door and , unless we are on a road trip and have them with us, 2 bicycles are in the garage. The path travels 17 miles to the north of our home. It goes along the beach then turns east and will take you to the town of Ojai. We are just 3 blocks from our little village where you can enjoy a Mexican, Italian or American meal. As well as a quaint coffee house. Or you can grab your beach chairs and walk one street over and be on our beach. If you are in the mood for a car ride then we are a 30 minute ride to Santa Barbara. Within an hour you can be in wine country. Or you can travel to Los Angeles, Hollywood or Disneyland. All less than 2 0r 3 hours away. We love where we live !!! It is a hidden jewel in the coastal area of Southern California.
