Our Home
Our home is a mini ski lodge with log accents - within minutes to all major ski resorts including Park City. Our home sleeps 18 comfortably with room to spare. Ski and enjoy winter fun in the beautiful Emigration Canyon or enjoy our home in the summer with private pool, hiking and biking all around - wrap around deck complete with outdoor fireplace, barbeque and outdoor kitchen. Our home includes a gourmet kitchen with a separate apartment. Comfortable, luxurious, and convenient.
Our Neighborhood
Our neighborhood - close to Emigration oaks but Emigration Place which is a much more secluded, gated, private community with approximately 30 luxury homes 1 acre plus. This neighborhood is great for hiking, walking, skiing backcountry, or just simply relaxing on the wrap around decks within the mountains themselves. Our neighborhood is one where you can get to know your neighbors or never know them as the homes are far enough apart to allow for total seclusion and privacy. We are minutes from downtown and 20 minutes to Park City. Convenient - but world's away.

Other Information
We need a place from December 22 to Jan. 10 in Hawaii ASAP. Our first choice is Mauii but we are open to other locations.
Please contact us immediately if you have an interest in exchanging. The skiing is epic during that time in UTAH :)

Our Dates
Our dates are somewhat flexible but usually if we include the children we prefer school holidays and summertime. However, we do travel off holiday as a couple.
Our Destinations
We love Hawaii, Arizona and California. WE would Like to visit Australia - preferably a beach area. Our favorite activities include beaches and skiing. We would love to visit Italy as a family during Summer. We always enjoy Mexico and would consider a beach area exchange there. WE ARE VERY INTERESTED IN A 3 MONTH OR MORE HOME EXCHANGE. WE WOULD LIKE TO ENTERTAIN A FULL TRADE OF HOMES IN DIFFERENT LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT 2010 OR 2011. Short term exchanges are also options. THINKING OF LIVING IN SALT LAKE CITY FOR A WHILE???

About Us
WE are a family of 6 and love our home. We have areas to congregate but get plenty of privacy when we need here. We all love to ski and snowboard and enjoy the summer activities including after dinner walks in our neighborhood. We have children ages 15, 15, 10, and 12. We have dogs that we adore and they run our lives....The dogs will not be here during your stay and we prefer not to have pets visit simply because of the scents they leave for ours. We welcome families and groups of families in our home. We have the perfect home for large groups.
