Our Neighborhood
Situated on the Mornington peninsula 1 hour drive south from Melbourne centre. This is a semirural environment with many golf courses within easy driving distance. It is also a wine growing area. The vinyards vary, some have restaurants, some entertainment and most have tasting facilities. Small townships in the area have many and varied restaraunts also. Bay and ocean beaches are an easy drive away and an attractive hilly region runs down the centre of the peninsula.This is a wonderful area to explore, you may discover little surprises, chocolate making, glass blowing, art and craft or markets.Great wine, great food friendly people.

Our Dates
It is allways difficult to find a compromise between holiday seasons in the northern and southern hemisphere however the best time of the year here is April May. The best time for us to go from here is June to August.
Our Destinations
Most of all we would like to exchange with Norway to visit friends and relatives who mainly live around Sarpsborg.

About Us
Jane and Oddvar are both retired on a property of about 4 acres (200X100m).Oddvar is Norwegian and has lived in Ausralia for nearly 40 years. We grow fruit nuts and vegetables and in our spare time we both play golf. Jane also likes to paint watercolours. We have 4 adult children who live in Melbourne. Our dog is called Pip however we would have her cared for during and exchange unless the visitors would particularly like a dog. Pet ducks live on the dam and we would like visitors to feed them.
