Notre appartement de 80 m2 se situe au premier étage avec ascenseur dans un quartier résidentiel. Le salon et la cuisine donnent sur le parc de notre copropriété. Cette pièce est confortable et très ensoleillée. Les deux chambres sont séparées. La chambre parentale a un grand lit (190x200) et la chambre d'enfant peut être aménagée avec deux lits simples. La table du salon se déplie et peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Nous avons une autre table de 4 personnes sur la terrasse.
Nous sommes bien desservis par les bus pour aller en centre ville, à la gare ferrée, gare routière. Nous pouvons éventuellement échanger nos voitures. Nous sommes à 10 min à pieds des arènes de Cimiez et du musée Chagall et Matisse.
Our 80m2 flat is located on the first floor of a building in a quiet residential area. There is an elevator. The living room and the kitchen overlook the park of our
joint ownership building. These rooms are comfortable and very sunny. There are two separated bedrooms. The parental bedroom has a king size bed (190x200) and our child's bedroom can be done up with two single beds.
The table in the living room unfolds and can receive up to 6 persons. There is another table for 4 persons on the terrace.
There are many buses nearby to go downtown, to the railway station,
or to the main bus station. It is also possible to exchange our cars. We are 10min walk to antic'museum f Cimiez and Matisse and Chagall museums too. |

Nice is the capital city of Côte d'Azur, located on the Mediterranean coast 929km (577 miles) south of Paris and 32km (20 miles) northeast of Cannes, is the largest city between Genoa and Marseille. Nice is nowadays the major tourist centre and a leading resort on the French Riviera, for its wonderful attractions and sights, the seafront of Nice is one of the most beautiful of the Mediterranean coast, the Old Town is crowded of bars and cafés and also Nice has many attractions as museums and cathedrales of ancient times. You know the famous " promenade des anglais"!
Nice has a rich history and fascinating landscapes, is a very visited city and receives great number of tourists each year, some of its buildings have baroque style and some others have Provençal, medieval and Genoese architecture. Also has an easy access to the nearest destinations such as Antibes, Monaco, St Tropez and the Provence region. Around this seaside resort there are provencal villages such as St Paul de Vence, Eze, Mougins, Grasse.... The Alps and ski resorts are only hour driving from NICE. |

Nous souhaitons partir pour New York en avril 2010 à 4 personnes mais pour les autres vacances nous serions que 2 personnes.
Nous avons à proximité banques, supermarché, pharmacie, bureau de poste, musées.

| The People |
Nous sommes deux couples. Mon mari Fred (35ans) est gérant d'une entreprise dans la vidéo et je suis enseignante Sandrine (33 ans). Mon beau-frère Thomas (28 ans)est comptable et sa femme médecin Sabine (28 ans). Nous voyageons sans enfant. Notre bébé ira en vacances chez ses grands-parents!
Nous n'avons pas d'animaux mais nous les acceptons. Nous adorons voyager nous profitons des périodes de vacances scolaires.
We are two couples travelling together. My husband Fred (35 years old) is the manager of a video firm and I teach in a secondary school (Sandrine, 33).
My brother-in-law Thomas (28) is an accountant and his wife is a doctor ( Sabine, 28). We will not travel with our baby. She will stay with her grandparents for the holidays! We do not have animals but we accept them.
We love travelling very much and we travel during school vacation.
