Our Home
We own a beautiful co-op in an elegant 24 hour doorman building. Our high floor home is flooded with light and views facing south (the city), and west (the river). We have a large master bedroom,(queen size bed) 2 single size bed-bedrooms,and a guest room with a queen size bed (serves as our study), 3 bathrooms, a living room, a second living room/play room, a dining room, and a fully equipped and modern kitchen. Our apartment is child friendly, and we have bikes, a piano, new washer/dryer, and dishwasher. We are located in one of the most residential and desirable neighborhoods of the city, and yet steps away from all recreational, cultural, and culinary attractions. All the glamour of the city with the feel of home.

Our Neighborhood
In the heart of the Upper West Side, our neighborhood is comprised of large beautiful avenues with gracious pre-war apartment buildings Side streets filled with brownstones/townhouses on tree and garden filled blocks. We are right at the steps of one of the city's largest and most diverse parks facing the Hudson River. The park offers everything from bicycling, kayaking in the summer, playgrounds, scenic paths, ice skating, and cafes. And yet we are also within walking distance from some of the major cultural attractions of the city--The American Museum of Natural History(great for kids and adults), the Metropolitan Museum, the Children's Museum, The Museum of the City of New York, Lincoln Center, (ballet, symphony and music, opera, circus), great historic cathedrals and synagogues--St. John the Divine and Riverside Church and the Cloisters,( a huge medieval castle that is a fabulous museum and experience) great University(Columbia),and smaller music and performance theaters. We are also situated blocks away from some of the best shopping, food and otherwise, that can be found in the city. (including the whole panoply of the great and famous food stores that define New York--Zabars, Fairway and Citarella) We are 3 blocks from the nearest subway and bus lines, and cabs are always available. We are a 10 minute subway ride from the great shows and hustle and bustle of Broadway and a little further to China town and the financial district.
