Our Home
Delightful seaside home with distant ocean view from our flower filled front patio. Our back yard is completly fenced and is pet friendly. Our home is filled with paintings, and folk art collected from our travels. Fortunatly it is also suitable for children. We are a five minute drive from several of the best beaches in Southern California, and the house is equipped with all necessary beach going gear. Our home is within easy driving distance to Los Angeles, Disneyland, Lego land, Seaworld and Baja Mexico. We are about one half hour drive north of the city of San Diego.

Our Neighborhood
Encinitas is a quaint seaside town about one half hour North of San Diego.The town has wonderful resturants, beaches, shopping, golf courses, movie theaters and a train station that makes the rest of Southern California accessable without driving. It provides a wonderful relaxing environment,as well as an abundance of activities for all ages..It has great smog-free weather year round.

About Us
I am a retired teacher, and my husband is retired from the University of California. I am an artist, and my husband is an avid sailor,computer expert and general jack of all trades. We travel quite abit, and have spent the last ten years sailing for part of the year on our boat in Mexico.Our children are grown with families of their own, and the last of our pets died last year of old age.We love to travel, and are open to most locations.
