Our ocean and mountain view home is very spacious in a tranquil setting in the Santa Barbara foothills. There is a beautiful trailhead within a 5 minute walk out the front door, ocean views off the Master and office balcony. The historical, cultural and bustling, hip downtown as well as the harbor, UCSB and many beaches are less than 10 minutes away and amazing restaurants/shopping! Our home has 5 bedrooms (one bedroom as a dedicated office with ocean views, two children's rooms with mountain views, one private guest room downstairs with it's own front garden and entrance and bath, and one Master Suite with a large balcony and ocean views.) We also have a fabulous playroom with a direct mountain view and a dedicated den with a large flatscreen TV/DVD/CD multi-room stereo system. We have a queen areobed if needed for the office. We have a great outdoor setting in the front and backyard with a hottub and large playstructure, and a special "secret garden/pondering place" that we like to relax and listen to the fountain just outside the kitchen sink window. We also have 2 childrens bikes, 2 adult bikes, 2 scooters, 2 boogie boards and all the toys and books you could need. My kids love hiding in the "secret kids clubhouse"/coat closet under the stairs! We truly have a warm, inviting, well-decorated, clean and very family-friendly home with many touches of luxury within minutes of the mountains and the ocean!

We live in a beautiful, quiet mountain setting, yet are 5 minutes from the neighborhood coffee shops, mountain trails, golf courses, bike paths, an outdoor mall, a variety of grocery stores, great parks and less than 10 minutes to an active downtown and sport-filled beaches!

We are flexible to do exchanges non-simultaneously and are open to all destinations at different times in the year and for just weekends in CA-with or without the kids :)

I am open to any exchanges because of my flexible and autonomous career and we love to travel, even for just driveable weekend getaways.

I am Heather, an established career mom with two wonderful, very respectful children- my 11 year old daughter Sage, and my 8 year old son Hansen. I have been working in my field of dispute resolution for 18 years and have complete autonomy and flexibility to work remotely from anywhere that has internet access-even the nearby coffee shops. We have an old, sweet, short-hair Viszla dog (who would stay elsewhere if preferred), 2 great outdoor/in at eve short-hair cats and a bunny with his own outdoor hutch. I have the ability and flexibility work-wise to travel, sometimes with my children and other times without.
