Located in the 4th and last floor (with elevator), Calm, sky view, with triple exposure, our loft of175 sqm is very bright and sunny . Near the new cultural center, the CENTQUATRE, the neigbourhood offers a large range of restaurants and market nearby.
You can enjoy the terrace where you can have meals and take the sun in summer.
There is one master bed room with a large bed(160 cm) near one bathroom (bathtube) communicating with a children bedroom (2 beds 90 cm). There is another room(140cm), frriend's room, with bathroom (shower).
Ceiling fans everywhere.
TV with TNT. Hi-fi equipment. Video projector and many dvd (a lot for child also) Unlimited phone subscription. Computer with large screen. Wifi.

Our Neighborhood
Our neighborhood, Marx Dormoy, is located in Paris 18 (metro Marx Dormoy is one minute away), . This area has many shops (shops, supermarkets, stores, markets ...), , restaurants (From chinese to traditional french, indian, thai...). The subway and the bus are down the building,r. Bus and bike stations (Vélib ') can go anywhere. No need to drive.

We are a couple with a 16 years old daughter. Isabelle (50) is actress/writer and Jean-Marc (50) is director/producer. We lived in Vietnam some years and love our neigbourhood in Paris. We enjoy traveling during the school holidays. We travelled a lot (Spain, Japan, India, Vietnam, Thailand, China, Italy, Germany, USA...)
We also have 2 cats. Bechamel is 4 years old and Sushi is 3 years old. We would prefer to exchange with people who can take care of them (in this case you still will be able to escape some days out of Paris since we have very friendly neighbours who can take care of them). We have a lot of plants on the terrace but the automatic system manages all!
