My spacious apartment is in one of the most wanted areas in Rio, Ipanema.
Leaving the small building you can decide if you walk till the beach or if you take the other direction to Lagoa.
The apt is in the second floor of a house with only five apartments.
This 3 bedroom, with 135 square meters, the living room and dinning room are about 10m x 5m. The apartment has air conditioner in all rooms as well as fresh air from large windows. In the cozy kitchen is table for four people, a dish washer and a microwave. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and extra freezer.
3 bedrooms, one master with a double bed, AC and a TV with cable,Internet. The second with a twin beds and the third with a single bed, and stereo with cd player. All rooms have ample closet space.There are two bathrooms, two elevators, back and front. A garage with space for one car and a doorman.

This part of Ipanema is one of the most prestigious and safe areas of Rio de Janeiro. Although the tree lined street is very quiet it's only a three minute walk to great restaurants, the best bookstore in town, cinemas and fancy stores. Leaving the small building you can decide if you walk till the beach or if you take the other direction to Lagoa.
