Our Home
Our apartment is an old style one but completely refurbished in 2011. It consists on two bedrooms, a studio-dresssing room, one bathroom and a toilet. It is only 3 stops to Plaça Catalunya (6 mins).
Our Neighborhood
Our home is placed in Sarrià-Sant Gervasi and only three streets away from Gràcia. Gràcia is a most pedestrian old village inside Barcelona, full of night life, restaurants, theatres and cinemas. Gràcia is very well connected from Fontana Station (3 stops to Pl catalunya by tube)(500 meters from home). Sarrià-Sant Gervasi is considered the 'best'(?) quarter in town. Two minutes way from home we have FGC (sort of RER in Paris) (3 stops to Pl Catalunya). Three supermarkets are at less than 200 meters away . We are very lucky here about public transport, there are also lots of buses. As in any big city in Europe Barcelona is not a personal transport city, I always move by public transport (very good here9. The apartment is very close to many means of transport: tube, FGC and bus ( very useful for night bus). I also have my own car with private parking available (mini).

Other Information
I believe a person willing to visit barcelona would have a nice stay at ours. It is possible to walk to main tourist attractions in town. The area is nice and very representative of the city.

About Us
I live with a friend and my son comes every fortnight and August holidays. We like travelling a lot. We are both teachers so we have long holidays in summer, Christmas and Easter and are always willing to travel. We are also open to exchange for a weekend.
