Our Home
We have a quiet 115 m2 duplex at the 4/5nd and last floors of a brand new building in a quiet neighbourhood. Downstairs : 1 bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom, a separate kitchen, 1 other bedroom with a double bed, 1 toilet. Upstairs : 1 children bedroom with two beds, a big playing room with a confortable convertible sofa (makes a 180 cm bed), a bathroom with tub and 1 toilet. There also is a 30 m2 balcony overlooking small houses.

Our Neighborhood
The flat is actually right outside of Paris, where we still go for school or work everyday on foot, bike, bus or metro. It's situated in the nicest part of Clichy, where you can find restaurants, shopping streets, weekly markets and many middle-sized and small supermarkets.
The bus 54 is going directly to the Batignolles garden, the new Cardinet park with its playgrounds and the hype disctrict Montmartre-Abbesses in Paris.
Our flat is less than 30 minutes by bus or metro to any place of interest in Paris.

The metro station (Mairie de Clichy, ligne 13) is less than 5 mn away and the bus station is even closer. We also have 2 parking lots underground with the lift going directly to the flat. Our car is a Classe A Mercedes (I still have a children seat in the cellar if necessary).
