Our Home
Our lakefront home is very comfortable and well-appointed, and has been recently updated. We have amazing views across the lake of the Cascades and Mount Rainier. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, slab granite countertops and all the amenities of home. There are two gas fireplaces, hardwood floors, a big-screen tv and game room in the basement, jetted bathtub in one of the three full baths, and dock with a hot tub to enjoy the view. Main floor also has a large deck with a view of the lake & mountains for dining al fresco. Beautiful master bedroom/bath combination, two guest bedrooms with adjacent baths.
Our Neighborhood
Our home is located in the northeast area of Seattle, just 10 minutes from the University of Washington and 15 minutes from Downtown Seattle. We live directly on Lake Washington and have convenient access to the Burke Gilman Trail, perfect for cycling enthusiasts--we take walks on it every day! The neighborhood has lots of parks, a high-end outdoor shopping center (University Village), the UW driving range and many restaurants all just moments away! There are several grocery and gourmet food stores nearby, as well as numerous cafes.

About Us
Patrick and Heidi are a retired couple in our "sixties". Heidi was a stockbroker and enjoys tennis, pickle-ball and reading--home has an excellent selection of books!Pat was in the garment industry and loves pickle-balland golf. We have grown children who also live in town if any assistance is needed. Neighbors are friendly and very helpful. We are open to a wide range of locations and can easily book travel on a moment's notice!
