Our apartment enjoys a magnificent location,nestled in the picturesque Guadalhorce Valley in perfectly natural surroundings,yet just 5 minutes from the charming town of Alhurin de la Torre and 10 kms from the beach. We are approx.20 minutes drive from Malaga Airport and 20 kms from Malaga City with it's many attractions viz, Shopping,Restaurants, Historical Buildings,Museums, Music and Opera.Close by are many lovely restaurants which we frequent regularly.The Resort has over 150,000m2 of tropical gardens with fantastic outdoor and indoor pools as well as a state of the art Spa and Gymnasium.We find the location perfecly positioned for touring Andalucia and have had super trips to places like Rhonda,Sevilla,Granada,Cordoba,Madrid and trendy Marbella.Our golf course is 10 mins drive away.Fiestas are held almost all year round in the surrounding towns and are great fun.There are many bautiful drives to the Flamingo Lakes and the white villages.

MALAGA PROVENCE --whether you are looking for mountains or beaches, golf or relaxation in the form of swimming and sun-bathing,Jazz or classical music(incl. Opera) ,night life or quiet countryside, Malaga has it all. There are numerous beautiful golf courses near our apartment, the closest one being Lauro ,only 10 minutes drive away. where there is also outdoor bowling..

Dates and Rates

Other than the request for Ireland this July we are very interested in London ,central situation for just myself and my wife. Other European cities like Paris, Berlin and Budapest would be of great interest to us for a short exchange.

Last Minute exchange wanted in Ireland with 3 bed if possible and very close to a beach for 2wks from 20th July 2013. We are very flexable on dates for Sol Andalusi.Exchange or to rent would be of interest to us.

I am a semi-retired Business Executive and my wife is a retired Teacher.Our children (grown up) are doing their own thing, so it would be just the two of us.We like the idea of having our own base where we can cater for ourselves and explore the surrounding area.We have furnished our apartment to a high standard and it is very comfortable both Summer and Winter.We would be as caring of other peoples'homes as we are of our own.As it is our second home the exchange need not be simultaneous.
