Our Home
We have just completed a remodel of the entire unit. Enjoy the view of the ocean while surrounding yourself with new a kitchen bath and bedroom. Our unit is a quaint one bedroom, one bath, first floor unit with a direct view of the Pacific Ocean to the west and the Tijuana estuary to the east. The building only has 13 units on a large oversized lot. This lends itself to quiet days and peaceful evenings. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean. Have breakfast on the patio or enjoy a drink as the sun sets over the Pacific.
The unit has a large queen size bed in the bedroom and a large queen size pull out sofa bed with an additional mattress for comfort.

Our Neighborhood
Imperial Beach is a small community 10 minutes south of downtown San Diego. The commmunity is known for its quiet uncrowded beaches, the fabulous surfing and the annual sand castle tournament. The local community also has many local horseback riding stables and is a short trip from the international border with Mexico. Tijuana is a short walk or taxi ride from the border.
San Diego itself has many local attractions.

About Us
Tom (59) is a semi retired dentist and Helen is a retired school administrator. Our only son, Peter, is (21) and has just started his senior year at College.
