Es gibt eine moderne Küche mit Eßplatz, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, das WC ist extra. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Fernseher, es gibt WIFI Internetzugang, ein Telefon, sowie einen Ventilator für heiße Tage Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat eine angenehme Stimmung, Gäste genießen die zentrale und ruhige Lage! Ein Fahrrad zur Benützung vorhanden.
Cosy, quiet and light apartment with high ceilings and wooden floors in a well kept house from the last century. One big room with a sofabed and a small bedroom with a comfortable bed. There is a modern kitchen with a dining table, a bathroom with shower, and an extra bathroom with toilet. In the living room there is a television and WIFI, telphone and fan for hot days..The apartment has a nice atmosphere, guests love being close to sights, shops, restaurants and public transportation. There is one bycicle available.

Es gibt in der Umgebung viele Cafes und Restaurants und ausgezeichnete Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr gute Anbindung an das öffentliche Transportsystem. Museen und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein sehr gutes vergetarisches Restaurant und Bioladen auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite. Der Bezirk ist bekannt für seinen Künstler- und Studentenflair. Wiens Haupteinkaufsstrasse - Mariahilferstrasse ist in unmittelbarer Nähe ebenso wie das Museeumsquartier. Alle die Kultur und Stadtleben lieben, werden sich hier wohlfühlen! Per U- Bahn ist auch das Erholungsgebiet an der Donau schnell erreichbar, wo man im Sommer sehr gut Schwimmen, Radfahren, Inlineskaten kann.
The 7th district is one of Viennas bohemian districts with lots of small shops, restaurants and cafes. Many of the best museums are within walking distance. You are close to the public transportation includung the metro which will take you to the Danube in a short time, where you can go swimming in summer, ride a bike, do inlineskating etc. On the other side of the street is one of Viennas best vegetarian restaurants and a wholefood store. The main shopping street of Vienna, Mariahilferstraße is also within walking distance.

Die angebotene Wohnung ist mein Zweitwohnsitz. Ich heiße Brigitte und bin darstellende Künstlerin und Therapeutin. Jahrelang war ich mit einem Eurythmietheaterensemble auf Tournee in Europa. Mich interessiert Bewegung und Tanz, Körper- und Energiearbeit. Ich bin gerne im Austausch mit Menschen und liebe Fremdsprachen und das Kennenlernen von anderen Kulturen. Ich bin fasziniert von Kunst in ihren verschiedenen Ausdrucksformen. Ich habe auch viel Bewegung unterrichtet, habe mit Kindern und Erwachsenen gearbeitet. Für meinen master of arts habe ich über Living Movement, meine Unterrichtsmethode geschrieben, die ein Crossover aus verschiedenen Bewegungskonzepten ist. Ich tanze mit Begeisterung Tango Argentino.

For a couple of years I have toured in europe with a eurythmytheatre. I am interested in dance, any form of movement and energywork.I love foreign cultures and languages and I am always interested to get to know new people. I am fascinated by art in all forms. I have taught movement to children and adults. My master thesis I have written about Living Movement, which is, what I teach, - a crossover of different movement concepts. I love to dance Tango Argentino.
