| We love to go someplace warm in the winter, during any of our school breaks (Thanksgiving, Christmas, February, April). We particularly like Hawaii, but would consider anyplace with top-notch beaches. We'd love to go to Europe during our summer or Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa sometime during our winter. We also like cities, so we'd consider an exchange for a particularly interesting home in a large city.
We're adventurous and might consider a long-term swap for the duration of an entire school year; call it a "life swap." Of course, it would have to be a location where we'd want to spend the better part of a year, where our kids could attend a good school, and we'd need some assistance getting oriented before we arrived. So if you live somewhere that's drearily warm and beautiful all year round, and would like to experience life at 7000 feet, tempt us!

| Our Deer Valley townhome is booked by renters for about 2/3 of ski season, but some good dates are left that i would consider exchanges for. As a baseline, our rental rates are $1,700 to $3,000 per night during ski season so we are looking for comparable properties to exchange with. Would also consider swapping a week in Deer Valley for a month at a smaller property in Manhattan.
Also would consider spring, summer, or fall exchanges (where as baseline for exchanges, our rental rates are $400 per night).
