| Although our home was once a full time seasonal rental, we now actually prefer to stay here much of year.
We would be willing to rent our home in months where it is prime season here, because there are few places that match the amenities and climate in the winter and we cannot replace like accommodations and climate for less.
We would be willing to trade in the off-season where there is a complimentary climate. For example, If you need to be here prime time, then only a prime time winter destination like a 5 star resort in a city in Mexico would make sense for us (not a timeshare). But, if you would like to enjoy luxury accommodations (compared to a hotel room) for about 1/2 price of a hotel during the winter, then contact us and we'll begin the process of making arrangements to be somewhere else.
If you enjoy our summer spa-like weather (its a dry heat) then some place cool like Oregon & Washington, Ireland, England would be our preference for a trade in July & August. If given ample notice, we can usually make arrangements to accommodate your schedule. |
