| We are looking for someone with a sailboat in the Caribbean, preferably British Virgin Islands, for an exchange during April or December 2010. We have sailed there a few years ago and completely fell in love with the area and the people.
We are very experienced sailors. The Greek Islands by boat during the summer of 2011 would also be of great interest. Our oldest daughter is taking Spanish classes and we are looking forward to get a chance to practice in a Spanish speaking country during the later part of 2010 or 2011. |

Snowboarding in winter months interests us, or picturesque, historical places during school holidays.
We would love to visit Austria. Some place where we can practice French and also do some recreational activities would be good. We prefer beach towns or places with adequate cooling system for hot summers.

| We are looking for a home that will sleep four persons. We may travel with another adult couple. We will not have any children traveling with us. Our minimum requirements are two bedrooms (with feather or down pillows*) and two bathrooms or one bathing room and one toilet room. We are accustomed to living in a well-appointed, comfortable home. We promise to take special care of your home and furnishings if we work out a home exchange.
We prefer the exchange home be located in the city center so that we can walk to places of historical/cultural interest. We do not wish to drive a lot in the city. It would be very nice if the exchange home is located near to the main train station, metro/underground, trams, etc. We would also be interested in an auto exchange so that we can visit nearby towns and villages. We plan to take the train or auto-bus for longer trips.
We would be willing to do pet care for a cat. Let us know if the cat can be left at home (inside the house??) if we go away for a few days. If not, will one of your friends or neighbors care for the cat while we are gone? Bill is willing to care for indoor plants.
