Regarding any issue you may have with the Browser Internet Explorer 8, please note our Technical team has just worked on new solutions for Internet Explorer 8 users. Please try the following solutions:
Short version:
1. Clear browser cookies
2. Restart browser and try logging in again
Detailed version:
1. Select "Tools > Internet Options > General"
2. Under "Browsing history" select "Delete..."
3. Make sure "Preserve Favorites Web Site Data" is NOT checked
4. Click "Delete" and wait for browser cache to be cleared
5. Restart IE8 and try logging into HomeExchange again
Alternate solution (if solutions above do not work):
1. Select "Tools" > "Internet Options" > "Security"
2. Select the "Trusted Sites" icon
3. Click "Sites"
4. REMOVE https://www.homeexchange.com (if it is in the list)
5. Restart IE8 and try logging into HomeExchange again
